Partner Standards

Partnership Standards & Expectations

At Senior Resource Partners, we believe that trust is everything — especially when it comes to serving older adults and their families. That’s why we don’t accept every business or organization that applies.

All potential partners are carefully reviewed to ensure they align with our mission, uphold professional and ethical standards, and treat seniors with the highest level of care and respect. Our goal is to maintain a network that families can rely on without question.

This page outlines what we look for in our partners, what we expect from them, and why not all applicants are approved.

What We Look For in an SRP Partner

Not every organization is the right fit for Senior Resource Partners — and that’s by design. We’re building a trusted network of professionals who go above and beyond for the seniors they serve.

Every applicant is reviewed based on the following criteria:

1. High Standards of Care

  • Demonstrates consistent, compassionate service to older adults

  • Holds any necessary licenses, insurance, or certifications

  • Practices transparency, honesty, and professionalism in all business dealings

2. Positive Community Reputation

  • Known for respectful interactions with clients and colleagues

  • No unresolved complaints, unethical behavior, or patterns of concern

  • Prior interactions with SRP events, staff, or partners are taken into account

3. Mission Alignment

  • Shares our commitment to dignity, safety, and support for older adults

  • Willing to collaborate and engage with others in the SRP network

  • Participates in education, outreach, or community involvement (preferred but not required)

Please note:
Prior participation in SRP expos, events, or sponsorships does not guarantee approval as a partner.

Partnership Code of Conduct

All Senior Resource Partners commit to upholding these core principles to maintain the trust of the seniors and families we serve:

  • Respect

  • Integrity

Be honest and transparent in all communications and services. Always put the senior’s best interest first.

  • Professionalism

Maintain proper licensing, certifications, and business practices. Communicate clearly and reliably.

  • Compassion

Show empathy for the unique needs and challenges faced by older adults and their caregivers.

  • Collaboration

Work cooperatively within the SRP network to foster a supportive community.

  • Ethical Conduct:

Avoid any high-pressure sales tactics, misleading claims, or behaviors that could harm our community’s trust.
