No — we’re much more than a directory. Senior Resource Partners is a network of trusted professionals and organizations who are actively involved in supporting the senior community. While we do offer a searchable list of partners, our focus goes beyond simply listing names. We build relationships, facilitate referrals, and create real-world opportunities for connection through events, education, and collaboration. Our partners show up, get involved, and work together to serve seniors better.

Why do seniors have to pay for your service?
Your $50 annual membership helps us maintain and grow a high-quality, trustworthy network of resources just for you. It supports outreach, events, educational materials, and our ability to connect you directly with reliable, vetted partners who care about seniors. We keep the cost low and the value high — and many of our resources are free and accessible to the public, whether you're a member or not.

I am a caregiver. Can I pay a price to give all of my clients access?
Yes! We offer caregiver and organization packages that allow you to extend membership benefits to the seniors you serve. It’s an easy, affordable way to make sure your clients have trusted access to the support, resources, and referrals they need. How do you choose which businesses or professionals to include?
We’re selective about who joins Senior Resource Partners. Every partner is vetted for professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to serving older adults. We look for people who are actively engaged — not just in marketing, but in making a difference. That means showing up to events, being available for referrals, and maintaining a high standard of service.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Can I still use your services?
Absolutely. While we do have an online presence, we’re here for you in more ways than just digital. You can call us, attend in-person events like the QC Senior Expo, and connect with our partners through printed materials and personal referrals. We’re focused on real relationships, not just websites — and we’re happy to help however you’re most comfortable.

Can any business or organization become an SRP Partner?
We carefully vet all potential partners through a selective review process to ensure they meet our high standards of care, professionalism, and alignment with our mission. This includes considering not only qualifications and services offered, but also community reputation, interactions with seniors, and ethical conduct.
Our priority is protecting the trust of the seniors and families we serve. As a result, not all applicants will be approved, and past participation (such as being a vendor at a previous event) does not guarantee future partnership.

How will my business be promoted as a partner?
As an SRP partner, your business will receive visibility through multiple channels. This includes being listed in our online network, featured at events like the QC Senior Expo, and promoted via our marketing materials. You’ll also benefit from our internal referral system, which directly connects you with seniors and caregivers who are actively seeking your services.

Why are you requiring partnership to exhibit at the QC Senior Expo?
Starting July 1, 2025, only approved Senior Resource Partners (SRP) can exhibit at the QC Senior Expo. This ensures we’re showcasing vetted, committed businesses that truly serve the senior community.

Are expo booths included in the SRP partnership tiers?
No. Booths are an add-on available only to partners. As a benefit, SRP Partners get deeply discounted booth pricing — just $200 per booth (compared to $600 for non-partners. Until July 1)

Can I still participate without partnering?
Only if you register before June 30 for the Fall 2025 Expo only — for $600. After that, SRP Partnership is required for expo participation.

What if I want to do both Fall and Spring expos but not partner?
You can pay for both expos upfront by June 15 and skip the partnership — but that’s the only exception. After that date, Spring participation requires partnership.
