S.W.A.T. TEAM
Seniors Watching And Testing (SWAT) is a team of senior volunteers who act as secret shoppers, visiting our partner businesses and local services. Their identities are kept confidential to maintain the element of surprise and ensure honest, unbiased reviews. This helps us uphold quality, accountability, and trust for the senior community.

Anika is the founder of Senior Resource Partners (SRP) and a passionate connector of people, purpose, and community. With a background in event leadership and resource coordination, Anika created SRP to bridge the gap between seniors, their families, and trusted local services.
Through SRP, she combines practical support with meaningful connection—offering seniors not just information, but experiences that bring joy, dignity, and direction. Whether organizing vibrant community events like the QC Senior Expo or cultivating a trusted partner network, Anika’s heart is always to serve with excellence, integrity, and care.
Outside of work, Anika loves spending time with her dog Jack, enjoying iced coffee, and learning Spanish.
