ABOUT THE EXPO
Connect With Seniors & Families Across the Quad Cities
The QC Senior Expo is a community-focused event designed to connect seniors, caregivers, and families with trusted local businesses, organizations, services, and resources—all in one place.
Hosted by Senior Resource Partners, the Expo brings together organizations that serve older adults across the Quad Cities and surrounding communities. Our goal is simple: create a welcoming, engaging event where seniors can ask questions, discover resources, make meaningful connections, and enjoy themselves while they’re there.
Attendance at the QC Senior Expo continues to grow, with hundreds of seniors, caregivers, and family members attending each event from throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding communities.
Our 2026 expos welcomed some of our largest crowds to date, creating meaningful opportunities for participating organizations to connect directly with the people they serve.
For participating vendors, the QC Senior Expo is more than simply setting up a table. It is an opportunity to meet seniors and their families face-to-face, build relationships within the community, increase awareness of your organization, and connect directly with the people you serve.
Our next QC Senior Expo will be Friday, March 19, 2027, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Vendor registration is now open. Space is limited, and organizations that serve seniors, caregivers, or their families are encouraged to register early.

Business Solicitation Policy
The QC Senior Expo is open to the public for seniors, caregivers, and families to connect with participating vendors and community resources.
Non-participating businesses, organizations, and event representatives may not use the Expo to solicit, recruit vendors, distribute promotional materials, collect business contacts, market services, or promote other events.
Individuals attending on behalf of a business or organization who engage in business-to-business marketing may be asked to stop or leave the event.
Policy violations may result in removal from the event, loss of eligibility for future QC Senior Expo participation, and may affect whether Senior Resource Partners refers or recommends the organization in the future.
