The QC Senior Expo is a welcoming, easy-to-navigate event created specifically for seniors and their families.
Each event brings together trusted local businesses, helpful services, and valuable community resources — all in one convenient location. With over 600 attendees at our most recent event and a thoughtfully curated mix of vendors, the Expo creates meaningful opportunities for connection, education, and engagement.
Whether you’re exploring health options, looking for lifestyle support, or simply curious about what’s available in our area, you’ll find real answers and real people ready to help.
For participating businesses, this event offers direct access to a highly engaged audience actively seeking resources and support.

Vendor Information
Fall vendor registration is officially open!
Vendor registration is open through August 1, or until all spaces are filled. Early registration is encouraged.
Following an incredible spring event, we’re already preparing for our fall return to Illinois. If you’ve been considering joining us, now is the time to secure your space.
Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-paid basis.

Vendor Registration Rates
Returning Vendor Rate — $650
Available to vendors who participated in the most recent QC Senior Expo.
New Vendor Rate — $700
For first-time vendors joining the QC Senior Expo.
Nonprofit Rate — $300(limited availability)
Reserved for qualifying nonprofit organizations. A limited number of reduced-rate spaces are available to support community-focused services.
Medical Screening / Health Service Providers — Premium Placement
Due to the nature of on-site health screenings, this category is limited and curated to avoid duplication and ensure quality engagement.
These placements may include:
Category exclusivity or limited competition
High-visibility positioning within the event
Direct engagement with attendees seeking health services
Investment: Custom pricing based on service type and availability.

Expanding to Des Moines
We are currently exploring a Des Moines expansion and will be hosting a senior-focused event in that market later this year.
If your business has a presence in the Des Moines area and you’re interested in being considered as a vendor, we’d love to connect.
