Senior Emergency Lockbox Program
Helping First Responders Get In When Every Second Matters.
Imagine calling 911 during a medical emergency but being unable to reach your front door.
For seniors living with medical conditions or mobility challenges, a locked door can become another barrier to receiving help.
Senior Resource Partners' FREE Senior Emergency Lockbox Program aims to remove that barrier by providing secure lockboxes containing spare house keys, helping authorized first responders gain access when residents cannot open the door.

Apply: Seniors or their caregivers submit an application for consideration.
Selection: Senior Resource Partners reviews applications and selects eligible participants for the pilot.
Installation: Approved participants receive a secure lockbox installed at their residence.
Emergency Access: The lockbox combination is registered with the appropriate emergency dispatch agency so authorized first responders can retrieve the spare key during an emergency.
All participants must complete a participation agreement before installation.
Please note: Emergency dispatch coordination and installation procedures are being finalized for the pilot program.
